A2ZBills provides an online platform for creating, managing, and downloading various types of invoices and bills. The Service includes access to multiple invoice templates, PDF generation, and data storage features.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

A2ZBills offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 bills. Preview available for all bills.
• Premium Plan: Unlimited bill generation and downloads.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by A2ZBills and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your invoice data securely and do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

A2ZBills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
