Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Our refund promise

    If you are not satisfied with the quality of a downloaded bill, email us at care.a2zbills@gmail.com and we will process a 100% refund — no questions asked. This applies to Pay Per Use credit purchases and subscription payments where the bill quality did not meet your expectations.

    2. Rent receipts

    Rent receipts are free for all logged-in users. No payment is required, so no refund applies.

    3. Credits (Pay Per Use)

    Credits you purchase never expire. If a credit was used for a download you are unhappy with, contact us and we will refund the payment or restore the credit — whichever you prefer.

    4. Subscription cancellation

    Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You choose when to renew. If you do not wish to continue, simply do not purchase again when your plan expires. Cancellation does not entitle a refund for the current billing period unless covered by our quality guarantee above.

    5. Refund processing

    Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and card refunds may take an additional 2–3 days to appear depending on your bank.
