    Many coaching centres and short courses bill without tax. Forcing a GST column on every PDF made unregistered institutes look wrong. Turn the toggle on when you charge GST; leave it off for a plain fee total. GSTIN and PAN print only when filled.

    Can I edit the training bill before downloading?

    How do I list more than one course on the bill?

    Put each course or fee component on its own line in the course description box. Name duration or batch on the same line when that is how you quote the seat. The PDF turns those lines into the item list under the student block.

    Is GST required on every learning bill?

    No. Turn GST on only when your institute charges it. Leave the toggle off for a plain fee total. GSTIN and PAN print only when you fill them.

    Can I add the institute logo?

    Yes. Upload an image or paste a logo URL. The mark prints in the header next to the institute name. Leave it blank if you only want the typed name.

    Can I reissue a duplicate after the batch ends?

    Yes. Signed-in users can re-download earlier bills from Bill History. If you still have institute, student, course, and amount, you can also recreate the bill and note that it is a duplicate in the footer.

    Is this the same as a school fee receipt?

    No. This form is for coaching and course enrollments with batch or duration lines. Term fee circulars with transport and admission rows belong on the school fee receipt generator.
